The end of the year/beginning of next year meeting has been scheduled for 11/20 at 6:30. Location will be confirmed, but the likely location is in the computrainer room of the shop. This meeting will be for folks who were on the team in 2012, and want to be on the team through 2013. Please do your best to make it, or let us know if you can’t.
Speaking of computrainers, regular classes will begin on December 11, 2012. Prior to regular computrainer classes, though, we are giving you a free opportunity to check your fitness and set your FTP (which is vital to get the most out of computrainer workouts) at a race/test on December 8, 2012. Both the classes and the test are open to team members and members of the general public. Inquire at the shop about buying a punch card for the classes. If you’ve never done a computrainer workout and wonder what the buzz is about, we encourage you to sign up for the free test/race. Email for more details.
Finally, we’ve received several emails from new folks looking to join the team. We’re likely going to have an informal gathering for prospective new members in the upcoming weeks. Drop us an email if you’d like details for that when they’re set.
