Just a reminder for tonight’s Computrainer Demo Class. If you have any questions or want to give it a try, tonight is the night.
Also if you want to learn about power, why use it, how it can help, how to train with it….. all the questions you have, I’ll be able to help explain and talk to you about it. If you want to ride with the class (if all bikes are taken) please bring your rollers or trainer.
