If you haven’t begun to think about road racing in 2012, now is the time. It’s January 2nd- both a national holiday as well as one of the biggest college football games of the year. Yet Patrick Fasse is leading a group of BH riders through computrainers and plyo. Tomorrow, Rob Kelley will be leading another group through aerobic threshold and some speed skills. There are still some openings with both guys, so call the shop now to get set up.
Things to get you motivated to get on the trainer:
March is right around the corner. It kicks off at the Spring Super Crit.
Notable 2011 results: PFK, 2nd in Masters 4/5; Justin Sommerville, 5th in Cat 4.
In April, a uniquely midwestern race: The Leland Kermesse. This year should be the fourth year. The first year saw horrendous rain. The second brought sunny skies and warming temps. Last year it was cold, and a misty rain turned to snowish. Too much fun.
