Greetings. Below details some of the questions we have received regarding Campton Cross. Please check it out:
1. Do you have a map of the course?
Yes. If you were there last year, it will be essentially the same course. As you may know, the course was changed slightly from years past in order to be decent to the other park users. So, be kind to whoever decides to make use of the park on Sunday.
The approximate course:

2. Will there be a kids race?
Yes.
3. Is there a playground?
The awesomest playground in all of Chicrosscupland is at Campton. Bring a kid. Bring two, they’re small.
4. Should I wear a costume?
Yes. Especially if you want to win the costume contest. Well, wait a minute… just what are you planning to wear? In most cases the answer is “yes.” If your costume idea is funny, weird, odd, outlandish, then “double-yes.” Just keep in mind it’s a public park with little kids running around (see 2 and 3 above). We’ve never had a problem with this in the past, and we don’t anticipate one in the future. Despite Pete’s guarantee of naked people we really don’t want to see you naked. Not that you’re not hot. You are hot. You just shouldn’t race a bike naked.
5. Is the elite women’s purse going to be the same as the men’s?
We posted the flyer (along with Mara’s awesome Campton Cross predictions) some time ago. As noted on the flyer, we’re offering the same generous payout for the ladies as we’re offering the men.
6. Will there be food?
Yes. BBQ. Yum.
